TEX~MEX CHILI

3 tablespoons oil
1 1/2 lbs stew beef, cut it into 1/4inch size cubes
1 green pepper, seed it and cut into cubes
1 medium-sized onion...chopped
16 ounce can Beef Broth
2 7 ounce can Ortega brand green chile salsa
3 tablespoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin power
Brown beef with oil in large skillet. Add vegetables and cook until tender. Add beef broth, chili power, and cumin. Cover and cook at medium heat for 2 hours. Remove cover, simmer longer for desired thickness, stirring often. SERVES-4
